ras癌基因产物P21在涎腺腺样囊性癌与腺淋巴瘤中的表达意义

目的　通过对涎腺腺样囊性癌与腺淋巴瘤中的ras 癌基因产物P21 蛋白的表达研究, 探讨ras 癌基因与涎腺恶性肿瘤的关系。方法　采用免疫组化S- P 法对25 例腺样囊性癌与22 例腺淋巴瘤中ras- P21 蛋白表达状况行了检测。结果　腺样囊性癌阳性表达率为92 % (23/25) , 腺淋巴瘤阳性率为22 .7 % (5/22) 。经χ2 检验二者阳性率差异有非常显著意义( P< 0 .005) 。结论　腺样囊性癌的发病与ras 癌基因的激活有密切关系。

Expression and significance of the ras oncogene product P21 gene protein in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and adenolymphoma

Objective To investigate the expression of ras P21 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and adenolymphoma, and therefore to find the inter relationships of salivary malignant tumor and ras oncongene, Methods By S P immunohistochemical method the expressions of the ras P21 protein in 25 cases of salivary adenoid lystic carcinoma and 22 cases of adenolymphoma were detected. Results The positive expression rate of the salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma was 92%(23/25), where as the positive expression rate of adenolymphoma was 22.7%(5/22), The difference between two positive experssion rates through the x 2 Test is significant (P<0.005). Conclusion The indication is that the incidence of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma is highly relative to the activation of ras oncogene.
