早餐对小学生认知能力的短时影响

摘    要:
采用交叉设计方法,严格控制实验条件,对90名小学生观察了不吃早餐与吃“标准早餐”(热量2.38MJ,蛋白质20g)时认知能力的差异。结果发现以个体进行的、难度较大的数字快速记忆测验及反应时间的成绩,吃早餐成绩优于不吃早餐。集体法进行的剂量作业及译码、句子是非判断测验成绩的差异无显著性。

Abstract:
The study had beed carried out to observe the difference of cognitive ability among goprimary school children between missing breakfast and eating" standard" breakfast with CrossDesign Method, The scores of the tests of Fast Figures Memory and Video Reaction Timedeclined when the children missed their breakfast. There was no significant difference ofperformance on AYP, Coding Test and Sentence Judgement test carried by groups betweenmissing breakfast and eating" standard" breakfast.
