辛伐他汀对老年冠心病内皮素、一氧化氮及可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨辛伐他汀对老年冠心病患者血清内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)及可溶性血管细胞黏附分子_1(sVCAM_1)水平的影响。方法  6 4例老年冠心病患者随机分为安慰剂组和辛伐他汀组 (10mg/d ,8周 ) ,分别对两组患者测定用药前与用药 8周后血清ET、NO、sVCAM_1含量及总胆固醇 (TC)水平。结果 ①辛伐他汀组服药 8周后血清ET、sVCAM 1、TC含量明显低于治疗前 (P <0 0 1) ,NO含量明显高于治疗前 (P <0 0 5 ) ;安慰剂组服药前后ET、NO、sVCAM 1及TC水平变化无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )②辛伐他汀组患者血清sVCAM 1水平的降低与血浆TC含量的降低无明显相关性。结论 辛伐他汀不仅降低老年冠心病患者血浆TC含量 ,且降低血清中ET、sVCAM 1水平 ,但升高NO水平

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on the serum levels of endothelin (ET),nitric oxide(NO),and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-(sVCAM-1) in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 64 cases of CHD were randomly divided into 2 groups :groupA(given placebo),groupB(10mg/d of simvastatin for 8 weeks).The serum levels of ET,NO,sVCAM-1 and total cholesterol(TC) were detected before and after treatment respectively. Results The levels of serum concentrations of ET,sVCAM-1,TC in the patients treated with simvastatin decreased significantly after 8 weeks (P<0.01),the serum levels of NO of these cases increased (P<0.05).Otherwise the levels of serum concentrations of ET,NO,sVCAM-1 and TC of the comparing group had no significance after 8 weeks (P>0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin not only decreases the levels of TC,but also decrease the levels of ET,sVCAM-1 and increase the levels of NO.
