| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨女性迟发性痤疮的治疗方法。方法:皮肤病门诊83例迟发性痤疮患者,随机分成2组。治疗组:口服避孕药妈富隆1片/次,1次/d,口服(月经第5开始)连服21 d。对照组:螺内酯,口服20 mg/次,3次/d,连服8周(月经期停用)。结果:治疗组有效率达87.50%,对照组有效率达67.44%,治疗组优于对照组。结论:妈富隆治疗女性迟发性痤疮疗效较好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the treatment of delayed female acne.Methods:Eighty-three cases of delayed female acne were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group:Marvelon 1 piece was oral administrated,once a day for 21 days(Menstruation period 5 th start).In control group,Antisterone 20mg was oral administrated,3 times/d for eight weeks(Menstruation period suspended).Results:The efficiency rate in treatment group reached 87.50%,compared to 67.44% in control group.Conclusion:Marvelon present a better efficency in treatment of delayed female acne. |
