人工椎体配合中药在颈椎前路减压融合术中的应用

目的]探讨人工椎体(VBR)椎间融合前路内固定配合中药治疗脊髓型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法]对3例脊髓型颈椎病患者行前路椎体切除、VBR椎间融合、钛板前路内固定,配合中药治疗,随访至少6个月,术后随访观察神经功能恢复情况及融合效果。结果]3例患者术前症状均得到改善,随访6～10个月无复发,均获融合,优2例,良1例。颈椎椎间高度、颈椎稳定性均维持良好,无下沉、塌陷发生。JOA评分较术前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论]VBR植骨融合率高,安全性可靠,是一种理想的人工椎体替代物,联合中药可以有效地治疗脊髓型颈椎病,促进椎体融合和维持颈椎椎间高度。
