环扎加荷包双道钢丝固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折81例

[目的]观察环扎加荷包双道钢丝固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。[方法]利月环扎加荷包双道钢丝固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折81例,术后前3天练习股四头肌收缩,1周开始练习膝关节屈伸,2周后下床进行适量负重活动。[结果]81例患者骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间5.8个月。根据髌骨骨折治疗效果的衡量标准进行功能评判,优秀77例,良好4例,优良率100%。[结论]环扎加荷包双道钢丝固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折固定牢靠,操作简单,费用少,是基层医院治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折理想选择。

Complex Patella Fractures Treated with Double K-wire Circulation

[Objective]Evaluate the effect of double K-wire circulation for complex patella fracture.[Methods]81 complex patella fractures were treated with double K-wire circulation,isometric quadriceps examinations were undertaken 1 week after operation and partial weight bearing 2weeks after surgery.[Result]All fractures healed with average period of 5.8 months,77 were excellent and 4 were good.[Conclusion]Double K-wire circulation is a reliable technique for treatment of complex patella fracture with low cost which is suitable for fundamental hospitals in China.
