86例上消化道出血的护理体会

目的：总结86例上消化道出血患者的观察和临床护理经验。方法：针对上消化道出血期间的护理重点、难点、制定并实施积极全面的急救、观察和护理。结果：抢救成功83例，成功率为97％。结论：做好基础护理，加强病情观察，重视心理护理，密切配合医生积极抢救，能够明显提高护理质量及抢救成功率。

Methods：In view of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage period nursing key,the difficulty, formulates and implements the positive comprehensive first aid, the observation and nursing. Results：Rescues the successful 83 examples,the suecess ratio is 97 %. Conclusion：Completes foundation nursing, the enhaneement condition observation, takes psychological nursing, coordinates doctor to rescue positively closely,can improve the nursing quality and the rescue suecess ratio obviously.
