十二指肠钩虫病与溃疡致消化道出血的鉴别诊治体会

目的：探讨在我院就诊的上消化道出血病患者十二指肠钩虫病的感染情况。方法：回顾分析我院2005年2月至2008年9月收治的20例十二指肠钩虫性消化道出血患者的临床资料。结果：经胃镜诊断为十二指肠钩虫性消化道出血患者均治愈。结论：十二指肠钩虫性消化道出血易误诊及漏诊,应与十二指肠球部溃疡出血鉴别,消化内外科医师应重视,内镜检查是确诊的重要手段,及时的诊治可获得良好的效果。
