目的：对小切口阑尾切除术的手术的方法与疗效进行探讨.方法：2004年至2009年我院采用小切口行阑尾切除术治疗93例阑尾炎患者,对手术的方法与疗效进行回顾分析.结果：小切口阑尾切除手术操作方法容易掌握,疗效满意,随访一年未见并发症.结论：小切口阑尾切除术手术操作方法容易掌握,手术时间较短,创伤较小,患者恢复较快,并发症少,是一种值得推广的手术方法.
