剖宫产术前预防性使用抗生素临床观察

目的：探讨预防剖宫产感染合理应用抗生素的方法。方法：选择我院2006年3月~2008年6月剖宫产孕妇235例，随机分成观察组120例和对照组115例，观察组在术前30rain给氨苄西林／舒巴坦3g加入生理盐水100ml内静滴，术后6小时重复静脉滴入氨苄西林／舒巴坦3g，此后每日氨苄西林／舒巴坦3g加入生理盐水100mI内静滴，12小时一次，连用5天。对照组为手术结束返回病房开始给于氨苄西林／舒巴坦3g加入生理盐水100ml内静滴，12小时一次，连续用5天停药。结果：两组比较，观察组发生术后病率、子宫内膜炎明显低于对照组，有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论：剖宫产术前用抗生素是预防剖宫产术后感染有效、合理、低成本的理想方法，比单纯术后应用更有效。

Results：Two groups of comparisons, after the ob- servation group have the technique to get sick rate, the womb intimitis are lower than the control group obviously, has statistics difference （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Splits the palace to produce in front of the technique is the prevention splits the palace after the antibiotic to produce the technique to infect effectively, reasonable, the low cost ideal method,after applies effectively compared to the pure technique.
