目的：探讨解剖型钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果.方法：对23 例股骨粗隆间骨折的患者行切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗.结果：经8个月-3年随诊,全部病例均骨折愈合,除2例发生轻度髋内翻,余髋关节功能恢复满意.结论： 解剖型钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,固定牢靠,操作简单,可早期功能锻炼,是一种值得选用的内固定方法.
