子宫腺肌症的临床病理分析与诊治

目的：探讨提高子宫腺肌症的临床诊断率的方法和治疗方法.方法：对144例子宫腺肌病住院病人的临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析.结果：病变分布部位以子宫后壁及均匀弥漫多见,分别为65例,占45.1%,和59例,占41.1%,而子宫前壁、底部及双角则较少.结论：对子宫腺肌症患者的诊断要根据临床表现、声像、妇科检查综合判断,提高正确诊断率治疗应根据患者病灶特征、年龄、生育状况、症状及个人意愿综合考虑以制定其治疗方案.
