闭合性肝外伤的治疗体会

目的：探讨闭合性肝外伤的诊断及治疗方法.方法：回顾性分析我院5年来救治的病例,年龄最小10岁,最大65岁,均为女性,交通事故25例,农家小马车致伤13例,牲畜踢伤12例,拆房掉下摔伤5例,共55例.结果：死亡8例,晚期死于感染性休克及多脏器衰竭.结论：早期和及时诊断是外伤性肝破裂处理的关键,术前快速复苏是抢救的重要环节,手术是治疗肝外伤的重要手段.
