人性化护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中的应用

目的：平均子宫肌瘤患者围术期实施人性化护理的措施和效果.方法：选择2008年5月～2010年8月在我院确诊为子宫肌瘤且择期手术的住院患者130例,按其住院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各65例.对照组予以传统护理方法,即按医嘱进行常规护理,不作特殊护理 观察组在对照组护理措施基础上给予人性化护理干预.结果：人性化护理组干预后的抑郁、焦虑评分均好于干预前（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01） 观察组患者护理质量评分及护理满意度与观察组比较,均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：子宫肌瘤患者围术期采用人性化护理干预能使患者获得良好的护理效果,满意度高,值得推广.

Conclusion：The fibroid patient encircles the technique time to use the user friendly nursing intervention to be able to cause the patient to obtain the good nursing effect,the degree of satisfaction is high,is worth promoting.
