俯卧位骨盆牵引加电子理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症6例

腰椎间盘突出症是由于腰椎间盘髓核突出压迫其周围神经组织而引起的一系列症状.因椎间盘变性,纤维环破裂,髓核突出刺激或压迫神经根,导致下腰疼痛和沿坐骨神经痛为特征所表现出的一种综合征.笔者2008年1月～2009年10月对6例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用俯卧位骨盆牵引,同时加电子理疗,取得较满意的效果,现报告如下.
