| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脊髓型颈椎病的早期诊断和按摩治疗的作用。方法：分析了脊髓型颈椎病的早期症状，体征，影像学改变，并以按摩尤其是“六方定位旋扳法”在以疾病自然史的指导下治疗脊髓型颈椎病做了分析。结论：脊髓型颈椎病的早期诊断在治疗中意义重大，按摩疗法在脊髓型颈椎病的治疗中有一定的前景。

| Abstract: | Objective：Discusses early diagnosis and massage treatment function which the spinal cord cervical vertebra gets sick. Methods：Has analyzed the incipient symptoms which the spinal cord cervical vertebra gets sick, the symptom, the phantom study change, and massaged ＂six side localizations to turn on lathe in particular pulls the law＂ in to treat the spinal cord cervical vertebra sickness by under disease natural history instruction to make the analysis. Conclusion： The spinal cord cervical vertebra gets sick the early diagnosis in the treatment watershed, the massage therapy has certain prospect in the treatment which the spinal cord cervical vertebra gets sick. |
