逍遥散治疗乳腺增生病78例疗效观察

目的：观察逍遥散治疗乳腺增生的疗效.方法：随机将2009年1月-2010年1月因乳腺增生就诊与我院且按照统一的诊断标准确诊为乳腺增生的156例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组.每组各78例,其中治疗组采用逍遥散治疗乳腺增生,每天1剂,一剂三次,月经期间停药,以一个月为一个疗程.对照组采用西医对症治疗.疗程结束后,患者停药3个月后观察按照统一的疗效判断标准判断疗效.结果：结果证明治疗组患者采用逍遥散治疗乳腺增生的78例患者,总有效率为97.44%.远高于对照组患者的治疗有效率.结论：逍遥散治疗乳腺增生疗效较好,值得临床大力推广使用.

Results：The result proved the treatment group patient uses 78 example patients who the ramble disperses the treatment mammary gland proliferation,the total effectiveness is 97.44%, Is higher than the control group patient＇s treatment effectiveness far. Conclusion： Rambles disperses the treatment mammary gland： proliferation curative effect to be good,is worth promoting the use vigorously clinically.
