心理护理对减轻人工流产负压吸引术产生的恐惧与疼痛的临床效果探讨

目的:探讨心理护理对减轻人工流产负压吸引术所致的恐惧、疼痛程度的临床效果。方法:选择在本院门诊手术室行人工流产负压吸引术的终止妊娠者153例,随机分为对照组与干预组。对照组实施传统的护理模式,干预组采用心理护理模式,比较两组在术前、术中的恐惧程度和术中的疼痛程度。结果:干预组的恐惧程度明显低于对照组(P<0.001),干预组的疼痛程度也明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:心理护理能有效减少人工流产负压吸引术者的恐惧程度和疼痛程度。

Discussion on the clinical effect of psychological nursing in relieving the fear and pain caused by the vacuum aspiration of induced abortion

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of psychological nursing in relieving the fear and pain caused by the vacuum aspiration of induced abortion.Methods: 153 cases of terminal pregnancy by the vacuum aspiration of induced abortion in outpatient operating rooms of People's Hospital of Yuechi County were selected and divided into the control group and intervention group randomly.The traditional nursing mode was adopted in the control group,while in the intervention group psychological nursing mode was adopted.The degree of fear before and during the operation as well as the degree of pain during the operation was compared between the two groups.Results: The degree of fear in the intervention group was lower than that of in the control group(P < 0.001),and the degree of pain in the intervention group was lower than that of in the control group,too(P<0.001).Conclusion: Psychological nursing can effectively relieve the fear and pain caused by the vacuum aspiration of induced abortion.
