超声诊断胆管疾病62例临床观察

目的：探讨体表超声在胆管疾病中的价值。方法：应用体表超声主要记录胆道系统各级内径,探查管壁有无增厚、水肿、毛糙,管内有无异常团块回声及胆总管有无扩张及扩张内径。结果：超声诊断确诊55例（88．70％）,漏误诊7例,占11．29％。结论：彩超检查方便、快捷、无放射性．友创伤性,可反复多次跟踪检查,并能提供实时动态的声像变化。

Objective：Surface ultrasound in biliary disease in value. Methods：Ventricle diameter at all levels of the major record biliary system to detect whether the wall thickening, edema, coarse, tube echo with or without abnormal clumps and dilated common bile duct and the expansion diameter. Results： Confirmed ultrasound diagnosis of 55 cases （88.70 %）, 7 cases of misdiagnosis, accounting for 11.29 %. Conclusion： Color ultrasound convenient, fast,non--radioactive and traumatic,can be repeated several times to track inspections,and provide real--time dynamic imaging changes.
