对截肢患者实施心理干预的效果观察

目的：为减轻截肢患者及家属的心理压力，使其能有效的配合临床治疗，对患者的远期生活产生积极的影响。方法：运用自评抑郁量表（SDS）和汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对截肢患者进行心理评估。结果：可逐步缓解患者的负性心理问题，取得了较好的临床效果。结论：20例截瘫患者接受心理干预，使负性心理得到不同程度的缓解。

Using self--rating depression scale （SDS） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） on the psychological assessment of patients with am putation,targeted psychological intervention on patients with amputation,and achieved better clinical results.
