牵抖叩击法配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症279例

腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病、多发病，主要表现为腰痛及放射性下肢疼痛，站立及行走时加重，严重影响患者的生活及工作。随着人们认识的不断加深和影像学技术的发展，提高了本病的认识水平和正确诊断率，治疗方法也出现了多样化的趋势，传统的保守疗法也出现了许多新的临床进展。我院自2007年3月以来开始用牵抖叩击法配合中药内服外用，治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者279例，疗效满意，现报告如下。
