中西医结合对宫外孕的处理

目的：研究分析中西医结合保守治疗对宫外孕患者的治疗方法及疗效,证实中西医结合保守治疗对宫外孕的治疗较单纯的中医,西医治疗有明显的优势.方法：以我院2008年9月～2009年9月治疗的72例宫外孕患者为例,分成对照组和治疗组（中西医结合治疗组）两组,对比其疗效、副反应及随访3个月的并发症情况.结果：治疗组处理的36例患者中,成功32例,有效率达88.89%,其余4例经手术后痊愈.治疗的各项数据较对照组均有明显优势.结论：中西医结合保守治疗对宫外孕的治疗较单纯的中医,西医治疗有明显的优势.

Objective： The research analysis the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment is pregnant patient＇s method of treatment to the palace outside and the curative effect, confirmed the cooperation oi Chinese and Western medi- cine conservative treatment the treatment pure Chinese medicine which is pregnant to the palace outslde,the doctor practicing west- ern medicine treats has the obvious superiority. Methods： Outside 72 example palaces in September,2008 -2009 years in September treats which by my courtyard is pregnant the patient is the example, divides into the control group and the treatment group （cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group） two groups,contrasts its curative effect,the side reaction and makes a follow- up visit for 3 month--long the complication situation. Results： The treatment group processes in 36 example patients, succeeds 32 examples, effectiveness reaches 88.89% ,other 4 examples convalesce after the surgery. Treatment each data compares the control group to have the obvious superiority. Conclusion： The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment the treatment pure Chinese medicine which is pregnant to the palace outside,the doctor practicing western medicine treats has the obvious superiomty.
