髓内与髓外固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效比较

目的：分析髓内与髓外固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效.方法： 回顾性分析髓内或髓外固定治疗的95例IFF患者（年龄61～86（75.2±5.9）岁）的临床资料,将患者分为髓外固定组和髓内固定组,利用自行设计的调查表和SF-36健康调查表收患者术前一般资料、术中和术后的相关参数,比较髓外和髓内固定两组相关参数异同.结果： 髓外固定组患者切口长度、手术时间、出血量、功能训练时间及骨折愈合时间显著高于髓内固定组（P〈0.05）;两组患者术后并发症发生率及术后1年关节功能的优良率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）.结论：髓内固定系统具有操作简单、时间短、创伤小、出血少、负重活动早及并发症较少的优点,是老年IFF患者较理想的选择.

Conclusion： In the marrow the fixed system has the operation simple, the time short, the wound small, bleeds few, carries a heavy load the activity early and the complication few merits,is the old age IFF patient ideal choice.
