持续性护理干预对老年髋部骨折患者术后肢体功能恢复的研究

目的：探讨持续性护理干预对老年髋部骨折患者术后肢体功能恢复的影响.方法：选择我院1998年1月-2010年1月老年髋部骨折患者60例作为研究对象,根据是否实施持续性护理干预措施随机分为干预和对照组各30例,对照组仅实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施一系列的持续性护理干预措施,包括心理护理、并发症的护理等方面.结果：护理干预组的平均手术时间、住院时间及下床活动时间均短于对照组,书中记述后出血量少于对照组,术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,且进行功能锻炼时间短于对照组,经X2检验及t检验分析,差异有统计学意义.结论：通过采取一系列精心的、细致的持续性的护理干预措施后,明显缩短了手术时间及术后住院时间、降低术后并发症发生率,缩短了功能锻炼的时间,对老年髋部骨折患者的肢体功能恢复具有重要的作用.

Objective：Discussion endurance nursing intervenes the influence which restores to the old age hip department bone fracture patient technique hind legs body function. Method：Chose my courtyard in January,1998 - January,2010 the old age hip department bone fracture patient 60 examples to take object of study,according to whether implemented the long--enduring nursing intervention measure to divide into the intervention and control group each 30 examples stochastically, the control group only implemented conventional nursing,the observation group implements a series of long--enduring nursing intervention measure in control group＇s foundation,including psychological nursing, complication aspects and so on nursing. Results：The nursing intervention group＇s average surgery time,in hospital time and get out of bed the active time short in the control group, after in the book record bleed the quantity to be short in the control group,after the technique the complication formation rate are lower than the control group, also carries on the function exercise time short in the control group, after X examination and the T--test analysis, the difference has statistics significance. Conclusion：After a series of takes careful, the careful long--enduring nursing intervention measure, after reduced the surgery time and the technique obviously in hospital time, reduces the technique the complication formation rate, reduced the function exercise time, restores to the old age hip department bone fracture patient＇s body function has the vital role.
