针灸配合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

目的：观察针灸配合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.方法：将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用针灸配合中药外敷治疗,对照组单纯口服扶他林,观察疗效.结果：治疗组有效率86.67%,对照组有效率66.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：针灸配合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于扶他林.
