论健康教育综合能力的培养

目的：探索综合性健康教育培养模式，培养护生健康教育综合能力。方法：运用“问题为基础教学法”理论，采用以临床病例为主线，以健康教育问题为中心，在模拟情景中按模拟自练、课堂情景训练、能力测评、修正训练再测评的程序路径，对900名护士进行一对一的健康教育能力训练，直至受训对象健康教育能力全部达标，对教育效果进行评价。结果：实施后，护生健康教育综合能力迭标率由41％提高到100％：健康教育能力要素中应用能力是健康教育综合能力不迭标的主要原因，培训后应用能力达标率由44％提高到100％：教学效果问卷调查显示：满意度或认可度为100％。结论：该培养模式行之有效，有效提高了护生健康教育综合能力。

Objective： The exploration comprehensive nature health education raise pattern, cultivates the maintenance to live the health edueation synthesizing capacity. Methods： Using ＂the question for the foundation teaching method＂ the theory,uses take the clinical case of illness as the master line, take the health education question as the center, from practices the procedure way in the simulation scene according to the simulation which, the elassroom scene training,ability evaluation, the revision training evaluates again, protects to 900 lives carries on a pair of health education ability training,until receives training object health education ability to attain a designated standard completely, carries on the appraisal to the education effect. Results：After the implementation, protects lives the health education synthesizing capacity success rate from 41%to enhance to 100% ：In the health education ability essential factor application ability is the primary cause which health education synthesizing capacity does not attain a designated standard,after training the application ability success rate from 44% enhances to 100%：The teaching effect questionnaire survey demonstrated that, The degree of satisfaction or the approval is 100 %. Conclusion：This raise pattern is effective, enhanced effectively has protected lives the health education synthesizing capacity.
