分期针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的临床观察

目的：观察分期针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的疗效.方法：选取脑卒中恢复期以肢体功能障碍为主的患者60名,随机分为传统针刺和分期针刺组.两组分别接受传统针刺的辨证取穴治疗和现代康复理论指导下的分期针刺取穴治疗,并同时接受系统现代康复治疗.每日针刺1次,10天为一疗程,治疗6疗程.两组患者在治疗前后进行神经功能缺损、FMA及MBI评分比较、偏瘫肢体Brunnstrom分期分布比较.结论：传统针刺和分期针刺对脑卒中后肢体功能障碍均有改善.但从治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度评分、偏瘫肢体Brunnstrom分期分布情况比较,分期针刺组均明显优于传统针刺组,且两者有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.

Two groups accept the traditional acupuncture separately the dialectical acupoint selection treatment and under the modern recovery theory instruction by stages the acupuncture acupoint selection treatment,and simultaneously accepts the system modern recovery treatment. The daily acupuncture 1 time, 10 days is a treatment course,treat 6 treatment courses. Two group of patients carry on the nerve function damage, FMA and the MBI grading comparison,hemiparalysis body Brunnstrom around the treatment distribute the comparison by stages. Conclusion： The traditional acupuncture and by stages the acupuncture has the improvement to the apoplexy hind legs body function barrier. But after the treatment clinical nerve function damage degree grading, hemiparalysis body Brunnstrom is by stages distributed the situation comparison, the ac- upuncture group obviously surpasses the traditional acupuncture group by stages,also both have statistics significance （p〈0.05）.
