言语康复治疗对脑卒中失语症患者疗效观察

目的：探讨言语康复对脑卒中失语症患者言语功能恢复的影响.方法：78例脑卒中患者随机分为康复组与对照组,康复组接受系统言语康复治疗,对照组给予未经指导自我锻炼,一个月后采用综合功能评定法（comprehensive function evaluation CFE）评定两组疗效.结果：经1个月治疗后,康复组的CFE评分优于对照组.结论：言语康复可显著改善脑卒中失语症患者言语功能.

Spoken language＇ recovery treatment to apoplexy aphasia patient curative effect observation

Objective：Discusses the spoken language recovery to say a word the influence to the apoplexy aphasia patient which the function restores. Methods;78 examples apoplexy patient divides into the recovery group and the control group stochastically, the recovery splice the systematic spoken language recovery treatment, the control group is given after has not instructed the self-exercise, after a month uses the synthesis function evaluation law （comprehensive function evaluation CFE） to evaluate two groups of curative effects. Result： After 1 month treatment, recovery group＇s CFE grading surpasses the control group. Conclusion：The spoken language recovery may obviously improve the apoplexy aphasia patient to say a word the function.
