关于我国营利性医院经营管理策略的探讨与思考

政府已决心将各类医疗机构推出市场,医疗资源的分布开始出现多元化趋势。我国营利性医院在难得的历史机遇下得到了大规模的发展,但同时也面临着巨大挑战。本文对近五年来营利性医院的规模、医疗服务等几大指标进行分析,阐述了营利性医院现有的生存状况以及存在的问题,并对营利性医院的经营管理策略提出若干建议,希望为我国营利性医院能够永续经营和发展提供借鉴。

Since the government had been determined to advance each kind of medical institutions in the market, the distribution of medical resources started to appear the diversified trend. The For-profit hospitals have obtained the large-scale evolution in the exceptional historical opportunity in China, and facing the unprecedented challenge simultaneously. The article based on the analysis over the past five years of the For-profit hospital scale, medical services, and so on. The existing survival conditions and problems would be elaborated. The author proposed some suggestion to the fields of management and administration strategies. The sustainability and further development of For-profit hospitals in China will be expected.
