60例甲状腺腺瘤的临床诊治体会

目的探讨60例甲状腺腺瘤的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法对我院收治的60例甲状腺腺瘤患者临床资料进行分析。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度及住院时间明显低于对照组;观察组术后呼吸困难、喉返神经受损、喉上神经受损、甲状腺危象、伤口感染发生率均明显低于对照组;观察组术后复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论腹腔镜下甲状腺瘤切除术治疗甲状腺腺瘤创伤小、出血量少、并发症少及术后远期疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Thyroid Adenoma: Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 60 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of 60 cases of thyroid adenoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 60 cases of thyroid adenoma. Results Operation time, blood loss,incision length and length of stay in hospital were observed and they were significantly less in observation group than those in control group. The incidence rates of dyspnea,recurrent laryngeal nerve damage, laryngeal nerve damage, thyroid storm and wound infection were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of thyroid tumors for thyroid adenoma shows less trauma, less bleeding and fewer complications,with better postoperative long-term effect,worthy of clinical application.
