| 摘 要： | 目的为修复足前部并发两处皮肤软组织缺损.方法设计并采用以足底深支血管为蒂的足背逆行岛状双叶皮瓣,转移覆盖分别位于足远端第一、第五趾基部皮肤缺损.结果3例手术顺利,皮瓣成活,效果满意.结论实践证明,足背逆行岛状双叶皮瓣可在临床应用.

Repair of Two Skin Defects on the Anterior Position of Foot with Reversed Island Double-lobular Flap |

| Abstract: | Objective: To repair of two skin defects on the anterior part of foot. Methods: Designed and used the reserved island double-lobular flap supplied by deep plantar branch of dorsalis pedis artery, carrying both dorsalis pedis flap and first digital-web flap, transferred to cover two skin defects on the anterior portion of foot. Results: Three cases were treated with this double lobular flap, and the results were good. Conclusion: The reversed island double-lobular flap of dorsalis pedis could be feasible in clinics. |
