半夏泻心汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的探讨中药制剂半夏泻心汤联合质子泵抑制剂雷贝拉唑对消化性溃疡治疗的临床疗效。方法对我院2010年1月至2013年5月收治的78例消化性溃疡患者采取对比治疗的方式，随机分为两组，其中治疗组采用半夏泻心汤联合雷贝拉唑的药物联合治疗方法，对照组则采用单独以雷贝拉唑为基础的药物治疗方法，比较两组的疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组和对照组的治愈率分别为87．18％和76．92％，总有效率为94．87和87．18％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别2．56％和7．69％，治疗组不良反应发生率更低。结论采用半夏泻心汤联合雷贝拉唑联合治疗消化性溃疡更为确切，不良发生概率更低。

Clinical efficacy observation on BanxiaxiexinTang combined with rabeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine preparation BanxiaxiexinTang combined with proton pump inhibitor rabeprazole for the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to May 2013 78 cases of peptic ulcer patients treated taking treatment modality contrast, were randomly divided into two groups, one treatment group of BanxiaxiexinTang combined with drug rabeprazole combination therapy, the control group used the drug treatment alone, rabeprazole-based, two groups were compared the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The cure rates of treatment and control groups were 87.18% and 76.92%, total effective rates were 94.87% and 87.18% respectively, showing statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of treatment group （2.56%） was much lower than that of control group （7.69%）. Conclusion BanxiaxiexinTang combined with rabeprazole has more precise treatment for peptic ulcer, with lower incidence probability of adverse reaction.
