腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张130例报告

目的：探讨腔内激光（endovenous laser treatment，EVLT）治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2004年5月-2006年5月间，采用帝克HOP-100 Diode Laser激光治疗机行腔内激光治疗130例（176条肢体）大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料，总结治疗经验和疗效。结果：全组曲张静脉消失，平均住院时间3d。随诊1个月～2年，平均1年，无严重并发症，无复发，无明显手术瘢痕，全组患者均恢复正常工作和生活。结论：腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张，具有住院时间短、安全、有效、美观、操作简便等优点。

Endovenous Laser Treatment for The Great Saphenous Varicose: a Report of 130 Cases

Objective:To apcvaluatech the effect of endovenous laser treatment(EVLT)for the great saphenous varicose.Meth- ods:130 cases of the great saphenous varicose treated by EVLT from May 2004 to May 2006 were analysed retrospectively. The effect of treatment was analysed.Results:The varicose of all cases disappeared after treatment.Average duration in hospi- tal was 3 days.There were no serious complications,recurrence and conspicuous operative scars after one month to two years (average one year)follow-up.All the patients recovered to normal working and living state.Conclusion:Endovenous laser treat- ment for the great saphenous varicose is safety and effective.It has the merits of short duration of in-hospital and a beautiful outlook of operative site.
