不同灸量温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

目的:观察不同灸量温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效,进一步优化带状疱疹后遗神经痛温针灸的治疗方案。方法:将入选的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者随机分成3组,分别为:温针灸1壮组、温针灸2壮组、温针灸3壮组,每组20例,3组均在普通针刺的基础上,同时在阿是穴、相应节段的同侧夹脊穴上加用温针灸治疗,分别采用温针灸1壮、温针灸2壮、温针灸3壮治疗,共3个疗程。各组患者在治疗前、结束后进行VAS评分量表、PSQI评分测定,比较各组的临床疗效。结果:温针灸1壮组总有效率为25%、温针灸2壮组为50%、温针灸3壮组为85%,各组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),温针灸2壮组与温针灸1壮组比较差异显著(P<0.01),温针灸3壮组疗效显著优于温针灸1壮组(P<0.01),温针灸3壮组与温针灸2壮组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛能有效缓解疼痛,温针灸3壮疗效较1壮、2壮相比更显著,温针灸疗效与灸量具有相关性,温针灸3壮为治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的理性灸量。

Clinical Study of the Several Different Moxibustion in Treating Post-herpetic Neuralgia

Objective:Observing the clinical effect of several different warming needles moxibustion for pos-herpetic neuralgia.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed of postherpetic neuralgia be divided into three groups,including one moxa cone warming needle moxibustion group/two cones warming needle moxibustion group/there cones warming needle moxibustion group,30 patients in each group.Three groups on the basis of common acupunctures,meanwhile,the Ashi point and the corresponding segment Jiaji point with warming needle moxibustion.Which were used to one moxa cone warming needle moxibustion/two cones warming needle moxibustion/there cones warming needle moxibustion.The VAS score scale and PSQI score determination were recorded in three groups before and after treatment in order to contrast the clinical curative effect of three groups.Results:Total effective rate:25%in the one moxa cone warming needle moxibustion group/50%in the two cones warming needle moxibustion group/85%in the three cones warming needle moxibustion group.There were apparent differences in efficacy among every group(P<0.05).The two moxa cones warming needle moxibustion and one cone warming needle moxibustion group have statistically meaning(P<0.01),the three moxa cones warming needle moxibustion and one cone warming needle moxibustion group have markedly meaning(P<0.01),the three moxa cones warming needle moxibustion and two cones warming needle moxibustion group have exactly change(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion can relieve pain effectively of post-herpetic neuralgia.The three moxa cones warming needle moxibustion have strong curative effect more than one moxa cones and two moxa cones.Temperature effect acupuncture and moxibustion have correlation.The three moxa cones warming needle moxibustion are better for treatment after herpes zoster neuralgia moxibustion quantity of reason.
