| 摘 要： | 热敏灸是以传统灸疗为基础的一种新型特色疗法,因无针、操作简便、疗效确切、安全无副作用,临床应用广泛。作者回顾近10年来热敏灸疗法在妇科方面临床研究,总结热敏灸在妇科疾病临床应用情况、影响临床疗效的因素,表明热敏灸疗法在治疗妇科诸病存在一定优势,但目前也存在一些不足,需要当代学者大胆创新、深入研究,以更好的发挥热敏灸的临床运用价值。

| Abstract: | Heat-sensitive moxibustion is a new type of characteristic therapy based on traditional moxibustion.It has a wide range of clinical applications because it is needle-free,easy to operate,accurate in efficacy,safe and without side effects.This article reviews the clinical research of thermal sensitive moxibustion in the gynecological field in the past 10 years,summarizes the clinical application of thermal sensitive moxibustion in gynecological diseases,and factors that affect clinical efficacy.It shows that thermal sensitive moxibustion has certain advantages in treating gynecological diseases,but it also exists Some deficiencies require bold innovation and in-depth research by contemporary scholars in order to make better use of the clinical value of heat sensitive moxibustion. |
