等速训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者踝关节跖屈肌力的影响

摘    要:目的:观察等速训练对偏瘫患者踝关节跖屈肌力的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年6月在上海市第二康复医院住院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,随机分成试验组和对照组各30例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,试验组在此基础上,运用德国产IsoMed-2000等速肌力测试训练系统,给予患者踝关节等速向心肌力训练。比较分析两组患者的踝关节跖屈肌力及Berg平衡量表评分的变化。结果:治疗6周后,两组患者踝关节跖屈肌力等级及Berg平衡量表评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组踝关节跖屈肌力等级及Berg平衡量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:等速训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者踝关节跖屈肌力的改善有明显作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of isokinetic training on plantar flexor strength of ankle joint in hemiplegic patients.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,60 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,the experimental group used isomed-2000 isokinetic muscle strength test and training system made in Germany to train patients’Ankle isokinetic muscle strength.The changes of plantar flexor strength of ankle joint and Berg balance scale between the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,The scores of plantar flexor strength and Berg balance scale were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of plantar flexor strength and Berg balance scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Isokinetic training can improve the plantar flexor strength of ankle joint in hemiplegia patients.
