孕前ACI保健服务模式对母婴结局影响的研究

【】目的：探讨孕前ACI保健服务模式对母婴妊娠结局的影响。方法：对200例我院生殖健康科就诊的计划妊娠女性作为研究组,采用ACI保健服务模式干预(即风险评估、孕前咨询和干预行动三部分组成)；同期将营养门诊数据库中有完整围产档案的未接受孕前保健服务意外怀孕的妇女200例作为对照组,比较两组女性妊娠期高血压、糖尿病、亚临床甲状腺功能减退、贫血等的发病率以及母婴不良妊娠结局情况。结果：研究组妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退、妊娠期贫血等发生率均明显低于对照组,巨大儿、胎儿宫内窘迫情况、新生儿低血糖、早产、出生儿缺陷发生率以及剖宫产率、产后出血量均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：规范系统的ACI孕前保健模式可以明显降低妊娠并发症的发生,能较好地改善妊娠结局。

Study on the influence of the ACI health care model pre pregnancy on maternal and child outcomes

Objective To explore the influence of pre pregnancy ACI health care model on maternal and child pregnancy outcomes. Methods 200 women come to our reproductive health department were selected into the study group, whom accepted the ACI health care intervention(i.e., risk assessment, pre pregnancy counselling and intervention of three parts). At the same time another 200 cases were selected from the nutrition clinic database with complete perinatal archives , before pregnancy health, service and unplanned pregnancy , into the control group. Compare the incidence rate of gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, subclinical hypothyroidism, anemia and maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes and subclinical thyroid function during pregnancy loss, anemia during pregnancy in the research group was lower than that in the control group, the incidence rate of macrosomia, fetal distress, neonatal hypoglycemia, premature birth, birth defect rate and cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage in the research group was lower than that in the control group too, there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Standardized ACI pre pregnancy care model can significantly reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications, and can improve pregnancy outcomes better.
