程红亮以“治咽十三穴”为主辨经论治中风后吞咽障碍经验

中风后吞咽障碍是指以吞咽困难、饮水咳嗽、声音嘶哑和发音困难为特征的中风并发症。本病病程较长,严重影响患者生活质量。目前西医针对中风吞咽功能障碍的治疗方法多为对症处理措施,且治疗效果不确切。程红亮认为治疗本病需针灸药三者合用,并提出“咽为宗脉之所聚”的理论,以及以“治咽十三穴”为主的辨经论治的治疗原则,进一步提高了临床疗效,值得推广应用。
