祛瘀生新针法对缺血性脑卒中神经功能及血浆D- 二聚体的影响

目的:观察祛瘀生新针法对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及血浆D-二聚体的影响。方法:80例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均接受常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加祛瘀生新针法,两组分别在治疗前及治疗后2个疗程后进行神经功能缺损评分测定及检测血浆D-二聚体水平,评估其综合疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分、D-二聚体水平均下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且以治疗组为优(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛瘀生新针法能降低缺血性脑卒中患者血浆D-二聚体水平,降低血液黏滞性,改善脑部循环,促进神经功能恢复。

Effect of Quyusheng new Acupuncture on Nervous Function and Plasma D-dimer in Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the effects of Quyusheng new acupuncture on neurological function and plasma D-dimer in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:Eighty patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group was added with a new method of removing stasis and stasis.The two groups were treated before and after After 2 courses of treatment,the neurological deficit score was measured and the plasma D-dimer level was measured to evaluate its comprehensive efficacy.Results:The neurological deficit score and D-dimer levels of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group.It was also higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quyusheng new acupuncture method can reduce plasma D-dimer level,reduce blood viscosity,improve cerebral circulation and promote nerve function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke.
