开通急诊绿色通道效果评价

[目的]探讨急诊绿色通道在挽救急危重症病人中的作用。[方法]对2010年7月—2011年7月符合急诊绿色通道收治范围的急重症病人128例进行回顾性分析。[结果]128例病人经过及时有效的急救治疗,106例病人治愈出院,14例病人预后良好,8例病人由于病情及就诊时间原因死亡,抢救成功率为94%。[结论]开设急诊绿色通道能够缩短就诊时间、提高抢救成功率、提高病人满意度、降低医疗纠纷发生率。

Evaluation on effect of opening emergency green channels

Objective：To probe into the effect of emergency green channels in saving acute and critically ill patients.Methods：A retrospective analysis was carried out for 128 cases of acute and critically ill patients who treated in line with the scope of emergency green channels from July in 2010 to July in 2011.Results：after timely and effective first-aid treatment for the 128 patients,106 patients were cured and discharged,14 patients had good prognosis,8 patients died of Condition and treatment time.The success rate of rescue was 94%.Conclusion：To open the emergency green channels can shorten emergency treatment time,improve the success rate of rescue,improve patients＇satisfaction and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
