住院癌症患者社会支持与生存质量的相关性研究

目的:探讨癌症患者社会支持与生存质量的现状,以获得广泛的社会支持。方法:采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对80例癌症患者(癌症组)和40例健康者(对照组)进行调查问卷,分析癌症患者的社会支持与其生存质量的相关性。结果:癌症组的生存质量得分低于对照组(P<0.05),社会支持与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05);社会支持与生存质量呈正相关性(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:在重视患者生物属性的同时,重视心理和社会属性,帮助患者获得广泛的社会支持,促进其全面康复。

Relationship between Social Support and Quality of Life in Cancer Patients

Objective: Through approaching the social support and life quality status of cancer patients,the patients can get extensive social support.Methods: By using the social support rating scale(SSRS) and the World Health Organization quality of life brief evaluation form(WHOQOL-BREF)a questionnaire survey was performed on 80 cancer patients and 40 healthy controls.The relationship between social support and quality of life of cancer suffers was analyzed.Results: The life quality score of cancer patients was lower than in the controls(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the social support between cancer patients and controls(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Social support and quality of life have a positive correlation(P<0.01 of P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing staff should pay attention to mental and social attributes of persons at the same time of emphasizing on biological natures,help the patients gain extensive social support,promote the rehabilitation of the patients and improve the quality of life.
