| 摘 要： | 目的比较常规与辨证针刺取穴配合特定电磁波、按摩及药物治疗糖尿病性周围性面瘫的临床疗效及疗程。方法选取糖尿病性周围性面瘫患者72例,随机分为常规组与辨证组各36例。两组按摩、TDP配合糖尿病标准化治疗方案相同,在此基础上,常规组常规取穴针刺,辨证组辨证取穴针刺。结果4个疗程后,两组愈显率比较,差异无显著性意义（χ2=0.531,P（0.05,）;8个疗程后愈显率比较,差异有显著性意义（χ2=7.088,P（0.05）;两组痊愈患者疗程比较,差异有显著性意义（t=2.029,P（0.05）。结论常规与辨证取穴针刺配合按摩、TDP治疗糖尿病性周围性面瘫疗效肯定,辨证取穴针刺有利于提高糖尿病性周围性面瘫愈显率,缩短疗程。
