| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨输尿管镜诊疗术后感染的防范措施。方法 保证尿路通畅,防止术后梗阻。围手术期合理用药。结果 术后感染率由7％降至2．5％。结论 合理用药,规范操作,通畅引流，可显著减少输尿管镜诊疗术后的感染率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the measures to prevent infecting after ureteroscopy treatment. Methods: Keep the urinary tract unobstructed. Prevent the stricture of ureter after operation. Using antibiotic reasonably around the operation.Results: The infectious rate dropped from 7 % to 2.5 %.Conclusions: These methods could decrease infectious rate after ureteroscopy treatment obviously. |
