老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者饮食营养的研究

对７８ 例老年慢性阻塞性肺病（ Ｃ Ｏ Ｐ Ｄ） 患者每日饮食中营养素摄入量进行调查和营养状态评定。结果表明，在老年 Ｃ Ｏ Ｐ Ｄ 患者的习惯饮食结构中存在热量供应相对不足和蛋白、锌元素等的严重缺乏；尽管患者的热量摄入超过推荐的标准供应量，但仍普遍存在营养不良。提示给予老年 Ｃ Ｏ Ｐ Ｄ 患者合理的营养支持可增强治疗效果，改善营养不良，降低病死率。

Studies on Dietary Nutrition in the Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstrutive Pulmonary Disease

The investigation on dietary intake and nutritional assessment in 78 elderly patients with chronic obstrutive pulmonary disease(COPD) were reported. The results showed that calories intake were relatively inadequate ,the protein and zinc showed severve dificiency.Athough the mean daily intake of calories was often greater than the recommanded dietary allowance ,the patients were still malnutrition.It suggests that attention should be paid to the malnutritional state and improves the prognoses and reduces respitatory mortality for elderly COPD patients.
