| 摘 要： | 目的观察放射性核素[131I]标记的奥曲肽(131I-TOC)对Graves病病理生理过程中不同细胞的毒性作用。方法以相同浓度131I-TOC处理增殖期和静止期细胞以及不同性质细胞后,观察131I-TOC的毒性作用;以不同放射剂量的131I-TOC处理活化的成纤维细胞后检测细胞毒性。结果 131I-TOC对增殖期细胞以及活化的成纤维细胞有明显毒性作用;随着剂量增加,细胞毒性增强。结论 131I-TOC有望成为治疗Graves病的新方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the cytotoxicity of 131I-[Tyr3]octreotide(131I-TOC) to cells involved in the process of Graves ophthalmopathy.Methods 131I-TOC was added to cells in different growth cycle and different cells to assess the toxicity of 131I-TOC to cells.Then the separate dosage of 131I-TOC was cocultured with fibroblast NIH3T3 and the cytotoxicity was measured.Results 131I-TOC had significant cytotoxicity to active fibroblast cells and proliferating cells.Its cytotoxicity was enhanced with increased dosa... |
