| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨面中部骨折坚强内固定术后并发症的发生规律。方法:总结220例面中部骨折患者坚强内固定术后并发症发生的临床资料。结果:仅13例患者术后1～2周出现感染。术后当天26例伴牙合干扰,术后4周复查仍有15例存在牙合干扰。结论:感染和牙合干扰是面中部骨折坚强内固定常见并发症。感染的发生与骨折部位、手术入路无明显关系。伴下颌骨骨折的患者术后牙合干扰发生率高。
