CT诊断孤立性骨软骨瘤恶变的价值

目的评价CT诊断孤立性骨软骨瘤恶变的价值,探讨该疾病的影像学检查技术路线。方法从636例孤立性骨软骨瘤病例中选取18例经手术病理证实为恶变者,回顾性观察其CT表现,并与临床、X线作比对。结果X线能确定6例(33%),怀疑4例(22%);CT扫描能确定16例(89%),怀疑2例(11%)。结论CT对于诊断此疾病有良好的价值,远远高于临床和X线的判定。青春期后,发生在非长骨的不典型部位,临床表现为疼痛、骨软骨瘤进行性增大的患者,应常规做CT检查。

Value of CT on the Diagnosis of canceration isolated osteochondroma

Objective to Evaluate the value of CT on diagnosis of canceration isolated osteochondroma and to investigate the imaging technique line of the disease. Methods 18 cases of isolated Osteochondroma from 636 proved to be canceration were reviewed . The investigate manifestation of CT , it's clinical date and x_ray were compared. Results 6 final diagnosis was made by x_ray (33%). 4 cases was in doubt(22%).16 cases diagnose by CT(89%) .2 cases was in doubt(11%). Conclusion CT has greater value for the diagnosis of canceration isolated osteochondroma than x-ray and clinical date . The Isolated osteochondroma that take place after adolescence , on no-long_bone and the clinical manifestation is pain , augmentation incessantly should receive CT check .
