| Abstract: | Under the background of popularization of higher education,the university puts forward the school-running view of "the strongest instead of the biggest" to guarantee steady improvement of teaching quality. This is also a summary of many years experience in stressing subject building,paying attention to talent quality,making full use of school resources,strengthening school-running abilities,improving teaching quality and a display of carrying out view of scientific development. |
