| 摘 要： | RNA干扰(RNAi)是指生物体内由双链RNA(dsRNA)介导同源mRNA的特异性降解,从而导致基因沉默的现象。目前,随着RNA干扰分子机制研究的不断深入,RNAi技术已广泛用于各种肿瘤的研究,尤其在胃癌治疗中的研究取得了重要进展,具有潜在、广阔的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | RNA interference (RNAi) refers to the body by double-stranded RNA (dsRNA)-mediated degradation of homologous mRNA specificity, resulting in gene silencing phenomenon. At present, the molecular mechanism of RNA interference with the continuous deepening of research, RNAi technology has been widely used to study various tumors, an important breakthrough has been made especially in the treatment of gastric cancer and it has a potential broad application prospects. |
