LASIK手术中角膜屈光力与角膜瓣直径和厚度的关系

目的:分析术前角膜屈光力与LASIK术中制作的角膜瓣直径和厚度的关系。方法:对59名接受LASIK手术患者的102只眼的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术前角膜曲率与角膜瓣的直径和厚度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。术前角膜曲率大于44.5D的患者,其角膜瓣的直径和厚度明显增大。其与术前角膜曲率小于43.5D患者的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分析LASIK术前患者角膜前表面形态参数,对于提高LASIK手术的预测性和安全性具有重要的意义。

Relationship between preoperative keratometry and corneal flap diameter and thickness in LASIK

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the preoperative keratometry and corneal flap diameter and thickness in LASIK. Methods: Clinical records of 102 eyes of 59 consecutive patients with LASIK were reviewed. The preoperative corneal keratometry,intraoperative corneal diameter and postoperative corneal thickness were measured. The data was analyzed using a pearson correlation coefficient,t test. Results: There were significant positive correlations between preoperative keratometry and corneal flap diameter and thickness. The inerease of corneal flap diameter and thickness in steeper corneas (>44.5 D) were higher than that in flat corneas (<43.5 D). Steeper corneas are correlated to larger and thicker corneal flaps in LASIK. Conclusion: Careful consideration of preoperative data may improve the predictability of flap formation to reduce the risk of flap related complications and enhance the efficacy of the refractive outcomes.
